Privacy

This site counts visits so I can tell whether it is useful. It does this without cookies and without storing anything on your device.

What is recorded for each page view: the page and its language, the website that linked here (its domain only), your country (from Cloudflare), whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, which parts of the home page were on screen, and which links were clicked.

What is not recorded: your IP address, cookies, device fingerprints, or anything else that identifies you. To count visits within one day, the site makes a one-way hash of your IP address and browser string using a random key. That key is deleted after 48 hours, so the hash cannot be traced back to you or linked across days.

Where it is kept: on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Raw records are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals are kept after that.

Your choice: the button below stops this browser from being counted. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control are never counted.
